Your DNACore Test Journey: FAQs
Q: What happens when I purchase the DNALife Package from you?
Once your request is sent, we will promptly send your test kit right to your door. A delivery notification will be sent to you via the Lab, notifying you of your kit transport and arrival date.
Depending on your location, this may take 3 to 7 business days.
Q: What happens once I receive and order my kit?
Your DNACore test kit will be sent directly to you. Inside, you'll find everything you need to collect your sample easily (it's a little blood spot card). The kit also comes with pre-paid return postage, making it extremely convenient to send it back to the lab.
Q: How long does it take for results to come back?
While it can vary a little, DNALife generally recommends allowing 5-6 weeks from the time they receive your sample at the lab for your results to be processed and returned. It's definitely worth the wait for these insights!
Q: How will I be notified when my results are ready
As soon as your report is ready, I'll email you a sample of your report. This email will also include an easy option to book a personalised test interpretation session with me.
Q. What if I live outside of Australia? Can I still purchase the package?
The DNACore Packages are available in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the US (excluding NY, NJ, RI).
Q: Do I have to have a test interpretation session with you?
Although it's not required, the test interpretation is included as part of your package. Your DNACore report is packed with incredibly valuable information, and going over it with a practitioner (that's me!) can help you truly make sense of all the insights. I can help connect the dots, answer your questions, and even offer personalised dietary and supplementation suggestions tailored just for you. It's where the real magic happens, turning data into actionable steps!
