Q: What happens when I request a DNALife Referral from you?
Once your request is sent, I'll send a referral directly to RN Labs to order your DNALife Core Test. RN Labs then reach out to you directly for payment, and once that's sorted, they'll promptly send your test kit right to your door.

Q: What happens once I receive and order my kit?
Your DNACore test kit will be sent directly to you. Inside, you'll find everything you need to collect your sample easily (it's a little blood spot card). The kit also comes with pre-paid return postage, making it extremely convenient to send it back to the lab.
Q: How long does it take for results to come back?
While it can vary a little, DNALife generally recommends allowing 5-6 weeks from the time they receive your sample at the lab for your results to be processed and returned. It's definitely worth the wait for these insights!
Q: How will I be notified when my results are ready
As soon as your report is ready, I'll email you a sample of your report. This email will also include an easy option to book a personalised test interpretation session with me.
Q: Do I have to have a test interpretation session with you?
While you don't have to, I highly recommend it!
